Pre-AGM 2010

Sstart 8:00 prompt after the Hill Climb. The primary purpose of the Pre-AGM is to elect the General Secretary and Social Secretary for the next 12 months, to agree club representatives for CTT West DC and agree our calendar of “Open” events for 2011.

Currently the position of General Secretary is held by Andy Gough and the position of Social Secretary is held by Deborah Montgomery. If you would like to nominate a candidate (including yourself!) for either of these posts, please get in touch with any committee member.

Members should make an effort to attend where possible.
