Annual club dinner

The premier event in the Chippenham social calendar, the annual club dinner and cross toasting competition at the Town Hall Chippenham. 

It’s that time of year again, when we honour those who have won trophies throughout the 2011 season and of course our very own Jeff Jones who is this year’s British Best All Rounder Champion.

Following the success of the past couple of years, the function will again be held at the Town Hall in Chippenham. Arrival time is 18.15 for 19.00 start. The cost of the function will be £26.

Our guest of honour will be Tim Reddish. Tim competed in swimming at three Paralympic Games - Barcelona, Atlanta and Sydney - amassing five medals in the process. He was appointed Performance Director of British Disability Swimming in April 2003 and was shortlisted for coach of the year in 2004. In 2008 he was made Chairman of the British Paralympic Association. He now rides his tandem whenever he can. Many Chippenham Wheelers met him on the Ride Across Britain and helped pilot his tandem down the country.
