Chippenham Wheelers - The Movie

There are now three DVDs of club activities in the library. Each video has been fully edited with commentary and background music where relevant. There will be further projects undertaken during the year to record club events and activities, with an overview of the club to be placed on the website.

The three current projects are as follows:

LEWIS CONQUERS THE ROCK
You may have read Lewis’s amusing article on how he rode a borrowed 1970s bike to the top of the Rock of Gibraltar, well this short film shows the drama of his climb, which is claimed to be a Cat 1. There is also a brief shot of Gibraltar from Spain and a view across the Straits of Gibraltar to Morocco. This video has been produced in PAL Widescreen format and should playback on most modern DVD players. A Blu-ray version is available on request.

CHIPPENHAM WHEELERS YOUTH AWARDS 2011
This video was shot at the awards evening on 21 December. It shows the hustle bustle of the club room and each of our young members who received an award presented by the Mayor of Chippenham. It has been produced in PAL Widescreen format and should playback on most modern DVD players.

CHIPPENHAM WHEELERS LATE EVENTS 2011
This film captures an overview of the last events held by the club in 2011. It includes; the Open Hill Climb held on 2 October; the 3-Up Open Time trial held on 9 October and the Club 25 Mile Time Trial held on 15 October. It has been produced in both PAL and Blu-ray versions for playback on DVD and Blu-ray players respectively.
