Young Wheelers

Welcome to the YoungCW area of the club website. You can find information here on the range of activities that our younger riders can take part in. To see a complete and up-to-date list of activities always check the diary section of the website.

As of March 2011 we have introduced a brand new Young Wheelers Awards Scheme to encourage even more participation in the events arranged by the club. The Awards are for riders aged 16 years old and under who are full members of the Wheelers.

So what is the 'Young Wheelers Awards Scheme'?

How do I register my interest in the Young Wheelers Awards Scheme?

Just contact Paul Freegard via paul.freegard@chippenhamwheelers.org, later, we hope to enable the website to let you enter your results directly. We would also like you to be able to compare how you are doing with your friends.

Certificates and badges

Successful attainment of each stage of the Distance or Logbook Awards entitles you to a signed Certificate and enamel Badge. These can be presented at Wednesday Club Night or other suitable date and venue.

[Note to parents, initially the Certificates and Badges are free of charge, but later we may have to ask for a minor contribution to cover the costs of certificate and badge production depending on take-up of the scheme.]
