The second in our series of audax rides for 2025. Buzz over on your bike to Honeystreet Mill Cafe for tea, coffee and cakes. Audax medals can be earned by club members depending how many of the series you complete in 2025.
The route takes us past Silbury Hill and on through East Kennett for a gentle climb up the side of Tan Hill. From here we get a lovely descent to Alton Barnes for our morning stop at Honeystreet Mill. We return via Roundway and it’s Conscience Lane to Rowde. There’s just a little sting in the tail of this one, the climb up Brick Hill after Bromham, but it’ll soon be done.
Entry fee for club members £1 (non-members £3). Please bring the exact change to drop in our container at the start. We are also introducing cashless payment now!

The registration desk will be open from 8.40am onwards by the tennis courts. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start.
Please note that attendance of this ride requires advanced booking. Please use this simple booking form.
The form is a mandatory for all riders, so the organiser knows who and how many to expect and so we have a record of everyone riding on the day. Your cooperation to complete this in advance of the ride will be much appreciated. It also means we can email you if there is any change in the ride information or cancellation. There is no need to notify us if you subsequently change your mind and decide not to ride, but a short email to the address below will ensure your name is taken off the list.
Experienced riders are asked to help keep the groups to a manageable size on the road.
