The following proposals are presented to the membership for consideration. Motions 1 to 6 will be proposed on mass and cover work that has taken place this year to rationalise the club handbook and bring the rules in line with current club operations. They are presented individually as in theory each rule can pass on its own merit.
Of particular note is motion 2 regarding the committee construction. This proposal reduces the number of named committee roles and increases the number of ordinary member roles. The aspiration is to encourage involvement in committee activity without taking on the responsibility for a aspect of club operation.
Finally, motion 7 is to adopt a new trophy and associated rules that has been donated by our esteemed Racing Secretary. These rules have been designed to encourage club members to race a variety of time trial distances.
