Charity Ride in support of the Clubs Charity of the year – Doorway.
This fun event aims to raise funds and also to fill the shelves of Doorway’s FoodBank. To raise funds, there is a small fee to join which includes the BBQ at the end of the ride.
The rides will start and finish from Cousin Norman’s café on Union Road SN15 1HS (///majors.crew.dabbling).
There are three rides to chose from;
- The Long ride, starting at 09:30, which sets off to Calne, then North to Malmesbury before heading to Corsham and completing the circuit back to Chippenham.
- The Short ride, starting 10:30, heads to Corsham via Biddestone before going on to Melksham and returning to Chippenham.
- Then there is the Family ride which starts at 11:00 that uses cycleways as much as possible to get to Morrisons and back, where young children can , take part in the company of their parents or guardians.
In each case, the rides are timed to arrive back at Cousin Norman’s for the included BBQ between 12 & 2pm.
The rides include stops at supermarkets to enable riders to purchase items to stock the Doorway’s FoodBank.

Tickets are required to take part in the ride.

The form is a mandatory for all riders, so the organiser knows who and how many to expect and so we have a record of everyone riding on the day. Your cooperation to complete this in advance of the ride will be much appreciated.
