Spinning Session

The club has arranged use of the spin studio at MOD Corsham on Westwells Road again to continue the Tuesday night training sessions. Mark Doodson works there and is a qualified spin instructor. Mark has ran the sessions for the previous few years with great success.

As it is a MOD facility, we will need to register attendance in advance. If you are not on the list, you will not get in. You will need to bring ID (drivers licence, passport, etc). If you have no ID, you will not get in. We will also need to meet at a small car park at the main entrance for a 19:15 escort to the spin studio. If you are late, you will not get in.

The studio is equiped with Keiser M3 spin bikes which are highly adjustable. The bikes are equipped with dual type shimano pedals (MTB SPD/toe straps). There is air conditioning, a good sound system and large fan, chilled drinking water is available and there are male/female changing rooms with showers that we can use.

There are 14 bikes available. Preference will be given to regular session attendees.

Members will still only need to pay £2.
