A Club Social and combined with an AGM will be held on Friday 18th February 2022 at the Chippenham Sports and Social Club. Arrangements have been made for 7:30pm gathering and an 8pm prompt start for the AGM.
As we had such a great turn out for the last club social there was a desire to repeat the format soon. Combining the social with the short formalities of the AGM will hopefully provide a bit of fun and a natter and inform attendees a little about the running of the club. More details will be published nearer the time.
The club rules require any motions for the agenda to be with the Secretary fourteen days (4th Feb) prior to the meeting to enable the agenda to reach members seven days (11th Feb) prior to the AGM. Please find minutes attached from the last AGM held.
We are currently looking for a few committee positions to be filled:
- Social secretary
- Communications secretary
