Want it improve your cycling-related strength, conditioning and flexibility through the winter? Then come along to Chippenham Scout Hut Tuesday evenings starting 20th November at 7pm. These 1-hour sessions will improve your fitness, strength and flexibility, making you more robust and better prepared for the rigors of cycling and life in general.
Sessions will be led by a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer / BC level 3 Coach.
£3.00 per session to cover hall hire, insurance and equipment costs.

- a towel
