The new club web site is now live. It has taken a little longer than expected to get this far but most of the background membership management functions are now in place and we need to crack on with the move.
The new site provides a fresh look, better support on mobile devices and is more secure.
We will be moving all memberships from the old site to the new once some more testing has been completed. When we do the transfer, you will receive a welcome email from the new site along with a link to set a new password. For your online safety, please ensure you do not share your password with any other online services. Make it unique to Chippenham Wheelers.
With the adoption of this web site, we will be moving to a model of 12 months rolling membership. The majority of members will be aligned to 1st January renewal but new members will be enrolled for 12 months from start. This will simplify things for new members.
The new membership administration will also setup a recurring paypal payment to pay membership fees on the aniversary of last payment. These are simple to cancel from within paypal.
Club rides from the calendar now provide much more information and links through to routes etc.
