Odd Down Road Coaching Session Sun 17th June:
Club member, Martin Priestley, is holding a coaching session for Wheelers Club members at the Odd Down Cycle Circuit on Sun 17th June between 10am and 12pm. The session is aimed at developing individual riding skills, advanced group riding, and ultimately, some coach led (controlled) racing. This is open to all abilities, and although has a racing theme, the broader aim is to develop general/advanced road riding skills. Martin has sole use of the track during this time, so it’s a great opportunity to develop your riding in a traffic free environment. Only £10.00. Castle Combe Tuesday Evenings:
For those of you who may not be aware, the Club meets up at Castle Combe Circuit every Tuesday night throughout the summer months. The circuit is open from 5.30pm, with group-led sessions meeting track-side for a 6.30pm start. There are options to ride in groups of different speeds, with friendly guidance for anyone new to group riding. In addition, there’s the option for more race or advanced group riding coaching. Suitable for anyone wanting to take their group riding to the next level, and those looking to race (including juniors). Email Martin for more information. Adults £3.00 Children 16 and under £1.00. Please pay at the gate. Club kit must be worn during the session.
