Please could we ask for the prompt return of all Senior and Youth trophies? 

The Committee would like to prepare the various trophies ready for them to be awarded to this years lucky recipients. Latest date for return is 30 November, to give us time to prepare for the presentations.

Please could trophies could be brought back to Club Night on a Wednesday evening? It would also be great if you could ensure that they are clean, which I am sure they would be as they must be occupying pride of place on your mantlepiece.  If not, the onus is on existing trophy holders to return them at an alternative convenient time in the very near future!  In fact why not bring them back at the AGM on 25 November and then you can vote on next year's activities and anything which is being put to a vote.
