In order to renew your membership, you will be automatically sent a renewal link by our membership management service RiderHQ. Clicking on the link in your email will take you to a page as shown below. If you have a RiderHQ account (e.g. you use it for Castle Combe membership), you can log in using your username/password. You can alternatively use Facebook or Google credentials. The final option is to sign up for an account with an email address.
When you have signed in, you will be taken to a page as shown below. Confirm that the membership option being renewed is correct e.g. Senior or Household and click the “RENEW” button. It is important you renew if you are an existing member.
On renewal, you will be presented with the renewal price which is provided to encourage early renewal. You will progress through a standard web cart process to payment using a card. Payments are taken using a system called “stripe”.
When you have completed the renewal process a confirmation page similar to that shown below will be displayed. It will show an order ID that will also be confirmed by email.
You will have renewed your club membership for another year.
If you are renewing as a household, please enter the details of the primary household member. We will follow up with voucher codes to allow other members of the household to be registered. This process may change as we learn more about it.
