Several events which counted towards the Club Time Trial Championship have been cancelled which has reduced people’s opportunity to compete.
This particularly has affected the 25 mile distance and although the Gloucester CCC event on 14 September is available for entry to keep 3 events the Royal Dean Forest 25 on R25/7 on 17 August has been nominated as an extra event.
Again with the Somerset RC 10 cancelled our club event on U41 on 28 September has been nominated as a third event. (I would hope to race this but will be dependent on support.)
Finally the Gary Woodward Shield should have been competed for at the Club Open 25 which had to be cancelled due to roadworks. Therefore the Gloucester CCC 25 on U72 on 14 September has been nominated as the counting event for Chippenham Wheelers riders. So it is a two for one opportunity.
