We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our new Event Calendar with a much improved ride-sign-up process provided by RidewithGPS.
Features of our new Event Calendar and Sign-up process:
- One-Click Join: Sign-up for an event or show your interest with just a single click, eliminating the need for repetitive form filling.
- Visibility of participants: Have visibility of who has already signed up for each event.
- Event Notifications: RidewithGPS will send you a notification of an upcoming event you previously signed-up to.
- Participant Messaging: Route Manager can notify anybody who has already signed-up about any changes to the route, start time/location, cafe stop or to notify if an event has unfortunately been cancelled.
Accessing the New Tool
The new calendar replaces the previous calendar on the web site home page and at https://www.chippenhamwheelers.org/events/
Does it cost to use RideWithGPS?
There is no cost for members to use this new calendar through RidewithGPS. You need a Basic / Free RidewithGPS personal account to sign-up for the event.

Reduced Administrative Burden: Simplifies event planning and management for our volunteers – removing the need to create a sign-up form and spreadsheet for each new event they plan.
