For the past several months, Club Coaching Coordinator, Martin Priestley, has been running a series of Indoor Spinning and Strength & Conditioning classes. Martin’s sessions have had a fantastic response from club members, with a large number of you attending each week, aiming to gain and maintain a level of fitness to put to good use over the coming season.
We would like to to say a massive THANK YOU to Martin for organising these events, and really appreciate him giving up his Monday and Tuesday evenings for the benefit of others – we look forward to seeing you all out there showing off your new found powers!
The classes have now ended, but Martin is looking to start them again in the Autumn.
