A quick update on membership renewal and new applications. We are in the process of setting up our membership management with RiderHQ, a specialist cycling event and member management system. Our existing membership has been imported into RiderHQ for purposes of continuity.
Unfortunately renewal reminder emails have been sent out prematurely to some of the membership. This has caused a little confusion which we are trying to sort out. These emails have been sent to members who have already paid at club room. Don’t worry, your payments have been recorded and will be recognised in the member database.
We understand you are keen to renew, please hold off until we have properly communicated instructions on how to do this.
