We are pleased to announce that RiderHQ is our chosen membership management platform. All membership applications, renewals and payments will be managed by RiderHQ. This means you will start to receive emails from RiderHQ in connection with your membership renewal. The club has successfully used RiderHQ for managing events such as the White Horse Weekend and the Club Annual Dinner this year. RiderHQ is also used for managing the attendance at the popular Castle Combe Tuesday night open sessions. Many members will already have a RiderHQ account and this can now also be used to manage your club membership.
Thank you for your patience with regard to membership renewal this year. It has been difficult transitioning ourselves off the old web site which was very tailored to the way our membership rules work. We had an early false start with an automatic email being generated unexpectedly. Since then, there has been a lot of testing and changes applied.
From 6th April, you will receive an email from RiderHQ indicating that your membership is due to expire and requesting you follow the link provided in the email and renew. Please follow these instructions. Payments are taken by a payment card processor called Stripe. Prices have been kept at the discounted level for renewals completed before the end of April this year.
If you have renewed by cash or cheque at the club room, your membership details will have been updated and you should not receive a renewal reminder. If you have paid and receive a reminder email in error, please contact membership@chippenhamwheelers.org and we can sort things out. From what we are seeing, there are a few cases where members have applied and an account has been created in addition to the account we migrated. Easy to sort out, don’t worry, just let us know.
If you are waiting to join, we will have this up and running soon.
